Shirts for Commander night

Unofficial parody fan merchandise

Commander, also called EDH, is the multiplayer way to play Magic: The Gathering that turns a game night into a long, social evening with four friends and one shared grudge. These designs are about that table: the politics, the reminders and the running jokes that only make sense to your pod.

They are original parody puns in our own type, with no card art. Wear one to your next game night, or give one to the friend who always asks if you paid the one.

Pod etiquette

The unwritten rules, written down.

• Commander etiquette: ask about the tax before the spell resolves.
• Pod rule: if you ask once, ask every time.
• You didn't pay the one. I noticed. The table noticed.
• Do I pay the one? Every time. Out of spite.

The lifestyle

For the player whose calendar is built around game night.

• Commander is a lifestyle.
• Playing EDH since before it was cool.
• Can I spend HSA on EDH?
• Adulthood: do you pay the one? (It's rent.)

Deckbuilding

For the one with a maybe-board bigger than the deck.

• Deck: 100 cards. Maybe board: 99 cards.
• Unless. The most expensive word in Commander.
• Yes, I'm taxing you. Yes, it's one mana. Yes, I'll ask again.
• White: not a tax. A very firm suggestion.

Prices: value tee $18, soft tee $27, long sleeve $28, Comfort Colors tee $30, hoodie $45, mug $19. Made to order in the US.
