Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of equipforzero.com (the "site") and your purchases from Equip For Zero ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping and Returns policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase.
2. Not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast
Magic: The Gathering, its card names, artwork and related marks are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC and the respective artists. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Card data and images come from Scryfall.
If you believe something on our site or in our products infringes your rights, email [email protected] with your contact details, what you own and where the material appears. We'll review it promptly and may remove it.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping within the United States is included in the price.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, and an order isn't final until payment succeeds.
- We can refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a product that's unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
- We may change prices and products at any time. Changes don't affect orders you've already placed.
4. Your email address and our messages
- A valid email address is required. You enter it at checkout, and an order can't be placed without it. You're responsible for entering it correctly and for keeping access to it.
- What we use it for. We email you your receipt and order confirmation, shipping and tracking updates, and replies to your questions and requests. These are service messages about your order. We won't send you marketing emails unless you ask for them.
- Who answers. Messages may be written and answered by us, by our service providers, or by automated tools, including software assistants. If you'd like a person to look at your request, say so in your email.
- If we can't reach you. If the email address on an order is wrong or doesn't work, we may be unable to deliver, fix or refund the order until you contact us. By placing an order, you agree that we may email you at that address about it.
5. Your choices
Every item is printed to your selections. You're responsible for checking the card, printing, garment, size, color, back print and shipping address before you pay. Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited as described on our Shipping and Returns page.
6. Product images and colors
The mockups on the site are illustrations. Real garments, colors and print placement can differ slightly from what you see on screen.
7. Our content
The site's design, logo, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal shopping, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute our content without permission. This doesn't apply to Wizards of the Coast's or artists' content, which belongs to them.
8. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site. That includes breaking the law, trying to break into or disrupt the site, scraping it in bulk, placing fraudulent orders, or testing its security without our written permission.
9. Third-party services, links and ads
The store relies on services run by others, such as Stripe, Printful, Scryfall, Google and Cloudflare. We aren't responsible for their services or content. The site may show advertising or sponsored links and may link to other websites. We don't control or endorse advertisers or other sites, and dealing with them is at your own risk.
10. No warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing here limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.
11. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Your responsibility
You agree to cover claims, losses and reasonable costs that come from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or the law.
13. Resolving problems
If you have a problem, email us first at [email protected] so we can try to fix it. If we can't resolve it together within 30 days, these terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your home state gives you other rights.
14. Changes and other terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. Using the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns policy, are our whole agreement with you.
